Rep List

Current

Displays the number of selected reps.

Max.

Displays the maximum number of reps that may be selected. You can only select one rep in the Rep field in the Activity info area, whereas you can select up to 20 reps in the Participant field.

List (Alt + L)

Displays a list of available reps without group allocation.

Rep (Alt + R)

Displays the reps including the groups they have been allocated to. Click on the "+" next to a rep to see the groups.

A rep can be allocated to several groups.

If you open the rep list from a group field, then you cannot select individual reps, only groups.

Groups (Alt+G)

Displays a list of groups. Click on the "+" to expand the list and display the reps allocated to the group.

If you open the rep list from a rep field, then you cannot select groups, only individual reps.

Resources (Alt+R)

Only available if the rep list is accessed from the Participants field (Activity and Tasks info areas), see Adding Reps and Resources to an Activity/Task.

Show Selected (Alt+W)

Displays only the selected reps.

Show All (Alt+A)

Displays all reps again.

Delete Current Selection (Alt+S)

This button is only available if more than one rep can be selected from the rep list.

Delete Entire Selection (Alt+C)

This button is only available if more than one rep has been selected from the list.
