General Toolbar

The general toolbar is located below the menu bar and contains buttons that are available from every level and in all views.

You can also right-click on the general toolbar to access a menu containing the available options.

Position the cursor over a button to display the tooltip for this button.

Buttons in the General Toolbar

Back

Navigates to the previous view. This button becomes available once you have navigated at least once within Aurea.CRM win.

Forward

Navigates to the next view. This button is available if you have used the Back button to navigate back at least once.

Refresh

Refreshes the data being displayed.

Start Level

Opens the start level.

Parent Level

Navigates to the parent level, i.e. to the level displayed in the summary index card, see Summary Index Card.

Print

Prints the currently active info area, see Printing.

Horizontal

In the integrated view, arranges the info areas horizontally, see Integrated View.

This button is only active if you have several levels open.

Vertical

In the integrated view, arranges the info areas vertically.

This button is only active if you have several levels open.

Message List

This button takes you directly to the Message info area, see Reminders and Messages.

This button flashes when a new message arrives.

This button is only displayed if the Enable Due Messages Popup check box has been enabled under ExtrasOther Options.

Reminder List

This button takes you directly to the Reminders info area, see Reminders and Messages.

This button flashes when a new reminder arrives.

This button is only displayed if the Enable Due Reminders Popup check box has been enabled under ExtrasOther Options.

Your administrator can add additional buttons (New, Search, Program Calls etc.) to the toolbar, see Configuring the General Toolbar in the Aurea.CRM win Administrator Guide.
