Conditional Formatting Tab

Use the Conditional Formatting tab to configure the appearance of the info area based on the contents of the current record.

Conditional formatting for info areas is defined in the same manner as for levels, see Conditional Formatting Tab.

To use conditional formatting defined for an info area in a level, enable the Use conditional formatting from info area option on the Conditional Formatting tab in the level properties, and select the info area from the drop-down list.

Select a level from the Conditional Formatting from Level drop-down list and click on Switch to to open and edit the level-specific conditional formatting.

Note: The Use conditional formatting from info area setting must be enabled for workflow levels to use conditional formatting in workflows.
