Orders and Stocks

If your administrator has activated the inventory management process, data entered in orders also affects stocks.

Stock-relevant information entered in orders and order item records is applied to stocks. Aurea CRM automatically calculates changes to quantities per rep, stock and item, see Stock.

Orders are always added from offers, see Order Management.

Note: Offers do not affect stocks. However, you can enter stock-relevant data in offers and offer items (e.g. Stock, Receipt Type, Quantity factor etc.). This information is then transferred to the order and order items when creating an order from an offer , and is consequently taken into account when calculating stocks and recording the history.

You can enter information relating to stocks in an offer, e.g.:

Sales Rep: The sales rep whose stocks are affected by the order
Stock: The stock affected by the order
Receipt Type: For example "Order"
