Commercial Customers ready for 814_24 Move-out

This creates an alert to identify Customers that are ready to move out.

Transaction Type: Simple Market Transaction Evaluation

Actions:

  1. Alert Approval to send 814_24 Move-out
    1. This alert is designed to identify and display Customers who are ready to be moved out. In order for Customers to be qualified for a move-out, the following conditions must be met.
      1. The Customer has over $xx in Alternative AR Bucket 4.
      2. The Customer must have a disconnect status of 4, which indicates that the Customer is disconnected for non-payment.
  2. Update Collections Status to 4
    1. This action updates the collection status to 4 to prevent the “Commercial Customers ready for 814_24 Move-out” alert from displaying duplicate Customer alerts, which also prevents duplicate 814_24 Move-out transactions from being sent to the TDSP.
    2. A collection status of 4 indicates that Alternative AR bucket 4 contains over $xx.
