The Customer’s Disconnect Status is not 0:

  1. Update Disconnect Status to Moved Out
    1. This action changes the disconnect status to Moved out to indicate that a move-out request is sent out to the TDSP, and that the transaction is accepted.
  2. Customer Note for 814_24 Move-out Complete
    1. This action creates a note in the call log history to indicate that the Customer is successfully moved out.

The Customer’s Disconnect Status = Paid/Clear:

  1. Customer Note for 814_25 Move-out Complete
    1. This action creates a note in the call log history to indicate that the Customer is successfully moved out.

  1. Create “Move-out Rejects” Workspace Alert
    1. This action creates an alert in My Workspace when a move-out request is rejected by the TDSP. The alert lists the reject code to help the Supplier understand why the transaction is rejected.
    2. The move-out rejects workspace identifies all move-out transactions that are rejected by the market and is not specifically for Customers who are in the disconnect process.
