Alert Approval for 650 DNP

This sends alert for approval of electric service disconnection.

Transaction Type: Workspace Alert Approval

Actions:

  1. Send 650 DNP
    1. This action sends a 650 DNP transaction to the TDSP. When approved, the Customer’s electric service is disconnected.
  2. Update Disconnect Status to 3
    1. This action updates the disconnect status to indicate that the Supplier has approved the disconnection of this Customer. A disconnect status of 3 indicates that a disconnect request is sent.
  3. Customer Note for DNP
    1. This action creates a note in the call log history to indicate that the Customer is dropped for non payment of service.
