Master Invoice

Master Invoicing allows special invoicing functions to be performed applicable to Customers with multiple premises or accounts.
Customers can request to create one invoice for each of their premises or accounts. Also, a Customer may want to have one master invoice with the summary of all sub invoices. With this, it is also possible to print the Master Invoice and then send it to one person only.
