Resetting an Audit Log

All events associated with the document being reset to draft workflow are recorded in the audit log as follows:

• Workflow Started entry - This entry records information such as when the workflow was started and the user id of the person who initiated the workflow
• Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the document version was incremented as part of the Reset to Draft workflow. The description in the entry contains the previous and current version numbers
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status was updated from Submission Ready to Draft
