Audit Log for Document Rejected

All events associated with an approval workflow completed with a rejected outcome is recorded in the audit log as follows:

• eRejection entry - This description in this entry indicates that the document is electronically rejected and contains information such as the user id of the user who rejected it, the rejection comments, and the date and the time of rejection
• Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the document version was modified as part of the approval workflow. The description in the entry indicates the pre and post rejection versions
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status was updated from In Approval to In Content Review
