Approval Audit Log

To access a document Audit Log, select View Audit Log from NextDocs menu on the document’s context menu.

All events associated with the document being transitioned to the approval stage are recorded in the audit log as follows:

• Workflow Started entry - This entry records date and time when the workflow was started, and the user id of the person who initiated the workflow
• Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the document version was incremented as part of the regulatory approval workflow. The description in the entry contains the previous and current version numbers
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status was updated from In Regulatory Review to In Approval. This entry contains the version number of the document prior to being incremented to a major version.
• Rendition Created entry - This entry indicates that a PDF rendition was created.
