Content Review Audit Log

To access an audit log, select View Audit Log from NextDocs menu on the document’s context menu.

The events associated with the review are recorded in the audit log as follows:

  • Workflow Started entry - This entry indicates when the workflow was started and the user id of the person who initiated the workflow
  • Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status was updated from Draft stage to In Content Review. This entry contains the version number of the document prior to being incremented to the next minor version.
  • Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the document version changed as part of the regulatory content review workflow. The description included in the entry contains the information of the previous and current version number where the version number indicates the incremented version
  • The ND Check Out and ND Check In entries - The entries stores the Check Out and Check In operations performed during the review
  • The Task Completion entry - The entry stores the user id of the reviewer who completed the task and the description showing their task comments for each review task completed
