Draft to Submission Ready Stage

If a document does not require review or approval, the administrator can manually start the Draft to Submission Ready workflow for the document. When the workflow is initiated, the following occurs:

• The document’s lifecycle status is set to Submission Ready
• The workflow status is set to Made Submission Ready
• The document’s version is set to the next major version
• The source document is declared as a record
• A PDF rendition will not be generated
