Audit Log for Document Approved
All events associated with an approval workflow completed with an approved outcome is recorded in the audit log as follows:
- Approval entry - This entry is recorded for each approver of the type selected when the workflow was initiated indicating that the document was approved, and includes information such as the user id of the approver, the date and the time of the approval, and either the reason or the comments from the approval.
- Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the document version was incremented as part of the regulatory approval workflow. The description contains the previous and current version numbers.
- Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document
lifecycle status was updated from In Approval to Submission Ready.
This entry contains the incremented version number of the document.
