Document Rejection

If any one of the designated approvers rejects a document, the workflow ends at that point.

When a document is rejected, the following processes occur:

• The lifecycle status is set to In Content Review
• The workflow status is set to Regulatory Approval Rejected
• The source document and the PDF rendition are undeclared a record
• The audit log is updated as indicated in the section titled Audit Log for Document Rejected
• All In Progress approval tasks are cancelled
• All approvers whose approval tasks were cancelled receive a cancellation notification
• The document version is incremented to the next minor version
• An email notification of the document’s rejection is sent to all approvers
