Review Task Page
The Review Task page contains a textbox that identifies the document to be reviewed. The textbox identifies the properties, including the document name, the title, the version number, and the author, and provides a link to the document and a link to the document’s metadata (Additional Details).
To complete the review:
- Select the review task either from the To-do list by clicking on the link provided in the Required Action column or from the email notification by clicking on the link to the task
- Click on the document name to open the document for review. Track changes are enabled to capture the user’s comments and markups on the document’s content. The system prompt a user to check in the document. When a document is in review, other reviewers will not see the reviewer's comments or will not be able to add their own comments when the document is checked out.
- Optionally, click on the Additional Details link to view the document’s metadata
- Once the reviewer finishes reviewing, the reviewer must provide comments for the
document author in the Comments textbox and click Submit to complete
the review task
