Advantages of External Keys

No changes to the company key in Aurea CRM

The company key (FI_StaNo + FI_SerNo), person key (PE_StaNo + PE_SerNo) and property key (OJ_StaNo + OJ_SerNo) used in Aurea CRM does not need to be changed if you use external keys.

Any number of external keys

Any number of external keys can be assigned to each company, person or property (or other record, if defined).

If you are using several external sources (e.g. mainframe, address database etc.), you can synchronize all the various data sources with Aurea CRM.
