Evaluating Properties

Properties are evaluated using portfolios that contain questions and criteria used to classify the property.

To evaluate a property:

1. Click on (New) on the Portfolio tab.
2. Select the portfolio template containing the desired questions.
3. Answer the questions relating to the property.

   

4. The answers are evaluated and the result is displayed graphically.
5. Save.

   The value of the most recent classification is entered in the ABC field of the property.
