Opportunity Matrix

The opportunity matrix is based on a BCG matrix and is displayed as a bubble chart. It provides you with an overview of the probability of winning opportunities. The location of a bubble indicates an opportunities realization probability and investment probability. For further details, see Opportunity Fields and Calculations.

The size of the bubble is determined by the Total product value of the opportunity. The color of the bubble indicates the stage the opportunity is currently in. The further to the right a bubble is located, the more likely it is that you can win the opportunity.

To open the opportunity matrix:

  1. Select (Queries & Analyses) > Opportunity Matrix.

  2. You can change which data is displayed, for example by choosing a different Opportunity Level or Opportunity Staus. Click on Run, see Analyseson page 90.
