Outlook Extension Search
Outlook Extension Search adds the convenience of searching the AMS Archive Store from within Outlook. Searching can be performed on the most common set of email attributes within the Outlook folders that have been synchronized with the AMS Email Archive.
The AMS Archive Store appears below your normal email folders. To search the Archive Store, select a folder and search as you normally would in Outlook. More information is available below.

It is useful to note that search results may vary from what is traditionally expected when searching with Outlook connected to Exchange. This is due to differences between the search engines behind the Exchange and Outlook Extension searches.
TIP
When the AMS Archive Store is first accessed, the email message list is empty, by design. To display search results, execute a search. Entering an invalid search term, such as a % (percent) sign, returns all email messages in the Archive Store.
