Logging In for the first time
- On your mobile device, tap the AMS Email icon to open the app.
- Enter your credentials, tap Log In.
NOTE
If you are not authorized to access the mobile app you will receive the following message:
If you think you should be able to use the app please contact your administrator.
- Once we have validated your credentials, you will need to create a PIN. Enter a number with a minimum 4-digits. Tap Save.
NOTE
This PIN will be used to access the app in the future. You will not need your email address and password, unless the PIN fails to verify after 4 attempts, in which case you will be asked to re-enter your email address and password and create a new PIN.
- After you have created your PIN, the Home screen appears.
The following options are available from the Home Page:
- Access Email: Opens the Current Mail tab. See Access Email.
- View Archive: Opens the Mobile Archive page. See Mobile Archive
- Activation Wizard: Wizard that walks you through the necessary steps to Activate Email Continuity
- Refresh: Refresh the status of your user.
- About: Information about the app, such as the version number.
- Switch User: Switch to another user.
- Log Out: Log out of the app
NOTE
Depending on the user some of the options available in the home screen may not appear.
