Mobile App Access
Aurea Messaging Solutions includes Android and iOS apps for end-users to access the Continuity WebMail when Continuity is activated. Mobile apps provide a quick and easy way for end-users to continue using email directly from a mobile device while the email infrastructure is down. Through the Mobile apps users also have access to their archived emails.
NOTE
Users need to be given permission before they can start using the mobile apps. Please contact your administrator.
Download & Install the App
Download the Aurea AMS Email mobile app from the Apple iTunes store or Google Play Store.
Use search to find the app named Aurea AMS Email.
The app can be installed like any other free app.

Supported Operating Systems
The Aurea AMS Email App has been tested and certified using the following operating system versions:
- iOS 6.1 and newer
- Android 2.3 Gingerbread and newer
The Aurea AMS Email App may work on other operating system versions, but has not been certified.
