Outlook Extension

Outlook Extension consists of two separate features, one or both of which are enabled by your administrators.

  • Email Continuity is a backup email feature that helps you to continue to send and receive email when your primary mail system becomes unavailable. This feature allows you to choose between continuing to send and receive email using Outlook or switching to the web-based email service or using your mobile device.
  • Email Archive is an offsite email retention feature, with extensive search capabilities, which allows access to messages in your archive, including messages that may have been deleted from the primary mail system.

If the Disabled: Click to Enable button appears on the toolbar, you must log in to Email Continuity to use Outlook Extension features. Click the button, then log in with your EMS User Name and Password.
