Recover Your Password
If you forget your password, you can have it reset to a randomly generated password and sent to you.
NOTE
For users whose organizations are using the Windows Authentication or Single Sign On features, your password is managed through your primary network. Email Continuity cannot reset or change this password.If you forgot your password:
- On the Email Continuity Sign in page, click the Reset your password link.
- In the Email Address text box, enter your Email Continuity email address.
- Click Reset Password button. The Sign in page appears.
- Email Continuity creates a new, randomly generated password and sends a notification of this new password to all the notification devices included in your profile. If you have not filled out your profile, it will be sent to your Email Continuity email address.
- When you receive the password notification message, log in using your new password.
- In the New Password box, enter a new password for your account. If your organization has any minimum password complexity guidelines or related policies, be sure you select a password that meets these requirements.
- In the Confirm Password box, retype the new password.
- Click Submit. When the software accepts the new password, the Email Continuity home page displays.
The Reset your password page displays.
The Change Password page displays.
