Removing a Trainee from the Role

If a trainee is not a member of more than one role that is associated with a document and the trainee had not completed the training, the following occurs:

  • The associated training record is updated to Obsolete
  • Any inflight workflows associated with the training record is cancelled, thereby cancelling the associated training tasks

If the trainee has completed training for that record, the role is removed from the training record and the status is changed to Trained.

If the trainee is a member of more than one role that is associated with the document, the role is removed from the training record and the status is same as before.

To delete a trainee from a role:

  1. Select the role and select Edit Item from the role’s context menu
  2. Highlight the trainee’s user id
  3. Click Delete key on the keyboard
  4. Click Save
