Re-Issuing a Quiz

If a trainee fails a quiz, the quiz can be re-issued by an associated role manager or a member of an administrators group. Once the quiz is re-issued, the trainee does not have access to the previous quiz results.

As an administrator or a role manager, you can re-issue the quiz as follows:

1. Access Training Matrix
2. Select Trainee Training Matrix
3. Either click OK to confirm and continue

   Or

   Click Cancel.

   Enter a filter criteria and click Show Results

4. Select Start Training Workflow from the training record drop down
