Training Roles

The Employee Records (ER) feature has the following training roles.

  • ER Auditor – Members of this group can view, but not modify, all training roles
  • ER Administrator – Members of this group can view and modify all training roles
  • Role Manager – Members of this group can view and modify the training roles they are assigned with as a manager
  • Trainee – Members of this group has no visibility to the training roles
