Trainee Training Records

This tab displays all training records with properties same as the My Training Records tab. The tab is accessible to an administrator, an auditor or a role manager. As the list of training records is not automatically filtered, click Show Results and decide to continue or cancel and enter filter criteria.

The restriction information for the group members are as follows:

• A member of an auditors group can view the training records for all trainees
• A member of an administrators group can view and/or modify the training records for all trainees
• A role manager can view and/or modify the training records associated with the role(s) that the role manager manages
• A trainee can access their own trainee training records tab but cannot see any other record
