Editing a Quiz

A quiz is available to be modified until it is approved. Once the quiz is approved, it must be reset to the draft stage in order to allow the quiz to be edited. If the quiz author attempts to edit a quiz that is in either an approved state or an obsolete state, the system displays the quiz in the view format with a warning as shows in the following figure.

To edit a quiz prior to approval:

1. Select the working documents library where the source document resides
2. Select Create/Edit Quiz from the NextDocs tab on the document’s context menu
3. Make the necessary modifications to the quiz information or add/edit/delete a question
4. Click Save Quiz
