Large Installation

For environments where the number of training records is expected to exceed 5,000, it is required to change the threshold in resource throttling settings. If the settings are not changed, the trainees will not be able to access the Training Matrix page after 5,000 records are created.

To change the resource throttling settings:

  1. Navigate to Central Administration -> Manage Web Applications -> SharePoint – 80 -> General Settings -> Resource Throttling
  2. Change List View Threshold value to at least twice the expected maximum number of training records
Warning: Ensure that the List View Threshold for Auditors and Administrators value is set to a value at least as large as the value set for List View Threshold
