Employee Records Workflows
Warning: Workflows, libraries, lists, lifecycles and Employee Records (ER)
SharePoint groups that are required for the ER and quiz processes are auto loaded for
the feature. The quiz review and quiz approval workflows should not be renamed as they
are referenced by the lifecycle. The workflows can be personalized by a user who is
knowledgeable in workflow management.
Employee Records Add Item Workflow
The Employee Records (ER) add item workflow identifies the URL of a document in the training documents library. The training item in the items list links to a copy of the document that is published to the training documents library. If you choose to conduct training on documents in a library other than your working library, modification is required and should be referred to your NextDocs services representative.
Warning: All training items in the ER system pertain to documents. The system
does not currently support non-document training, that is, all training items must be
associated with a document in a NextDocs document library.
Warning: The ER add item to training workflow adds items to roles. Assigning a
training to an individual user is not supported at this time. The task should not be
modified to address individual user training.
