Quiz Summary Report

The quiz summary report is available to all training personnel such as an administrator, an auditor, a role manager, and a trainee. The report provides a link that, when selected, generates an excel report of all available quiz results based on the user’s role within the training system as follows:

• Administrator – Receives a report of all quiz results
• Auditor – Receives a report of all quiz results
• Role manager – Receives a report of all results associated with a training role for which the role manager is assigned with
• Trainee – Receives a report of own quiz results unless the results pertain to a quiz currently assigned to be retaken.

The summary report screen uses the user’s logon id to identify the role in the training system and identify which results to display.
