Adding a Trainee to a Role
Adding a trainee to a role involves triggering the creation of a training record and initiating the associated activities defined in the section titled Training Activities.
To add a trainee to a role:
- Select the role and select Edit Item from the role’s context menu
- Enter the trainee ids in the Trainees textbox. Separate multiple values with
a semicolon.
- Either type in the user ids and click on the verification icon (
)
- Click on the lookup icon (
) to search for the user ids
- Either type in the user ids and click on the verification icon (
- Click Save
