Adding a Trainee to a Role

Adding a trainee to a role involves triggering the creation of a training record and initiating the associated activities defined in the section titled Training Activities.

To add a trainee to a role:

  1. Select the role and select Edit Item from the role’s context menu
  2. Enter the trainee ids in the Trainees textbox. Separate multiple values with a semicolon.
    • Either type in the user ids and click on the verification icon ()
    or
    • Click on the lookup icon () to search for the user ids
  3. Click Save
