Defining Reports

Learn how to define reports.

To define a report containing a chart format:

1. Select Extras > Define Report Format from the menu.
2. Enter the chart type in the Select Chart field.
   Note: The Select Chart field is used in chart reports instead of the Select transfer fields option.
3. Save.

If you have enabled the Shorten tags and attributes option, the following chart-specific node names are abbreviated as follows in the XML output:

• "nodes" > "nds"
• "node" > "nd"
• "level" > "lv"
• "groupBy" > "grBy"
