Defining a Chart Format

Learn how to define a chart format.

To define a chart format:

  1. Open the Define chart level in the main module (select Info Define chart from the menu in the Aurea CRM win main module).
    Note: The Define chart level is disabled by default in the CRM process configuration and is only enabled for the SU. If other users should be able to access this CRM process, you need to grant access to the "Define chart" CRM process in the CRM Process configuration level in the Rights module, see CRM Process Configuration in the CRM.core Administrator Guide.
  2. The window containing all fields in the mask is also opened. Reposition the window so you can enter information on the chart.

  3. Enter the following:
    • Title: The chart’s title (multi-language text field)
    • Description: A description of the chart (multi-language text field)
    • Explanatory text (when missing data): This text is displayed if no data could be determined to be used in the chart (multi-language text field)
    • Info Area: The info area that the chart can be accessed from
    • Condition: A condition that must by met by the record in order for the chart to be accessed (optional parameter)
  4. Click on (Save) to save the format.

    The name of the format is displayed in the Name field. Chart formats are saved in the Format info area (Type: "Chart")
