Data Providers

Use data providers to gather the necessary information for a process and to pass information from one process step to another.

Data providers can access values from process-internal or external sources. During the execution of the process these values can be used

• to get arguments for actions
• in dispatching and phase conditions
• to define validation criteria
• to display process (and phase) metrics
