Navigation Customizations

Use the Navigation area of CRM.Designer to customize access to pages and functions in Aurea CRM.Web.

You can configure the following:

• Menus and Menu actions,see Menus.
• Buttons
• Headers

Action templates are used to configure the actions called by menu items and buttons. For further details, see Action Templates.

Furthermore, actions are called within processes used to guide users to complex tasks in Aurea CRM.Web. For further details, see Processes.
