Learn how to configure Word Processor settings.
Do not add activities when sending e-mails
Enable this option to prevent activity records from being added automatically when sending single letters by e-mail. This setting can be defined globally, or per station, group or rep.

Depending on your version of Microsoft Word, you can use the following values (format: 'Text;MIME Type'):
