Rights Module
Here you can learn about the CRM process and the core settings for the Aurea CRM.
Use the Rights module to:
- Define which CRM processes are available across the entire system, see CRM Process Configuration
- Define roles used by your company's employees to log on to the system, see Login Roles
- Define languages and stations, see Languages and Station.
- Depict your company’s internal structure by defining reps, groups and resources, see Rep
- Define data access rights for stations, groups and users, see Rights
- Log data access and changes, see Tracking, Logging Read and Write Access and History
- Define new functions and processes, see Triggers.
- Separate data by tenants, see Tenants
To prevent concurrent changes of the same format (e.g. a rights definition or a trigger), each time a format is opened a check is performed if this format is currently being edited by another user. In this case a message is displayed and the current user can only view the format but not change anything.
This applies to the following formats:
- CRM Process Configuration
- CRM Process Configuration (login role)
- Rights
- Trigger
- Tenant Rights
