CRM.phone

CRM.phone for Aurea CRM is a telephone-based solution.

If you have installed CRM.phone, you need to configure the component in the Rights module.

Note: If you have not installed CRM.phone, you still need to enter the telephone prefixes used by Aurea CRM to search for telephone numbers, see Basic Settings for CRM.phone.
