Process Overview

Learn how to display a process.

To display a process, click on the hyperlink to the process on the Processes or Contents page.

You can enter a description, add entries to the history, add hyperlinks and attach documents, as with packages, see Description and History .

The items that have been added to the selected process are listed under Referenced Items. Click on to hide the list of items in a category. Click on to display the list of items in a category. Formats in the process are grouped by type. Click on Expand All/Collapse All next to the Formats heading to expand or collapse the display of all formats in the package.

The items' descriptions are displayed next to the item. If the description is longer than the text displayed, hover the mouse cursor over the description to display the full description.

Note: Each configuration item can only be manually added to a process once. However the same item may be added automatically as a reference multiple times. If a description is entered for an item that has been added to the package more than once, the description applies to all references to the item. Deleting the last reference to an item also removes the description.
