Icon Bar

Learn how to use the icon bar to access various areas in the CRM.cockpit.

The icon bar provides links to the areas in CRM.cockpit.

Package

Description: Displays the package's description page, see Description .

History: Displays the package's history, see History .

Imports/Exports: Displays a list of imports and exports carried out for the current package, see Import/Export History.

Items

Processes: Displays a list of the processes in your package, see Processes . Use this option to add items to processes and view the items already added to processes.

Content: Displays the contents of the package by item type, see Content . Use this option to view the elements in your package by type.

Tree View: Displays the hierarchical structure of the package, including all processes and items in tree form, see Tree View . Use this option to view the elements and relationships between items in your package.

Fields: Displays information on a specific field's references, see Fields .

General

Data Model: Click on Data Model to browse the data model in your Aurea.CRM database, see Data Model .

All Imports/Exports: Displays a list of imports and exports for all packages, see Import/Export History.
