Requirements

Requirements to use CRM.cockpit.

• A connection to the Aurea.CRM win database is required, as CRM.cockpit saves packages in this database.
• The Special (SU) and WWW users need to be present in the Aurea.CRM win database in order to run CRM.cockpit.
• The Special (SU) and WWW users' passwords need to be entered using update.Users.exe in the \bin directory. For more information, refer to the install guide.
• The Special (SU) and WWW users require access to the cockpit module (in the Rights module).
• The WWW user requires read access to the Station (AS) and Language/Station (01) info areas.
