Starting CRM.cockpit

Learn how to start CRM.cockpit.

To start CRM.cockpit:

  1. Run the application. You can also use the command line to import or export packages, see Command Line .
  2. Enter your user name and password and log in.
  3. The last package that was open is loaded automatically. If no package exists, and you are logged in as SU on the main office, you are asked if you wish to import a .zip file or start with an empty package.
  4. CRM.cockpit is loaded and the Processes page is displayed, seeProcesses .
Note: CRM.cockpit requires the SU and WWW users to be present in the database. Only one user can log on to CRM.cockpit at a time. CRM.cockpit sessions timeout according to the value entered in the User Tracking Frequency Web field in the Station Configuration info area (Rights module). When logged in as SU, select Extras > Active Processes from the menu in the Aurea.CRM win main module to view the user currently logged on to CRM.cockpit, and terminate a session using Repair if necessary.
