Adding a CRM Process

You can add an existing CRM process defined in the CRM Process Configuration info area in Aurea.CRM win to your package.

Note: Only processes in the first two levels of the process tree can be selected.

To add a CRM process to a package:

  1. Click on Processes in the icon bar. The Processes page is displayed.
  2. Click on the Select CRM Process button in the header.

    The processes defined in the CRM Process Configuration info area are displayed in a tree.

  3. Select the desired process in the tree and click on OK.
    Note: Only the CRM processes in Aurea.CRM win are displayed; processes defined in CRM.designer are not displayed.
  4. The selected process is now listed as a hyperlink.
    Note: Processes are displayed in a linear fashion in CRM.cockpit. Processes cannot be added hierarchically to reflect the structure in the CRM Process Configuration info area.
  5. Click on the hyperlink to switch to the process.
Note: CRM processes cannot be renamed in CRM.cockpit.
