Configuration Items

Learn how to add configuration items to a process.

Configuration items are added to processes, see Editing a Process .

The following items can be added to processes:

  • Formats
  • Info areas
  • Catalogs (fixed and variable)
  • Files (e.g. JavaScript or XSLT files) and directories
  • Designer units
  • Designer configurations
  • Records
  • Groups (and sub-groups), used to include records from specific info areas (and child info areas) that meet certain conditions, see Adding Multiple Records Based on Conditions (Groups)
  • Fields
Note: Fields cannot be added to processes manually. Fields are added automatically if they are referenced by either records or formats.
