Set Mail Options
Mail options determine how you compose and view mail messages within webmail.
To set mail options:
- Log in to Email Continuity. The Email Continuity Home page shows that Email Continuity is
Active
. - Access your Webmail account.
- From the left sidebar navigation menu, expand Options, then click Mail. The Options for Mail page appears.
- Set the following options:
Message Composition
Set the following options that impact how you compose messages.

Check this box to enable rich text editing of messages by default. Leave this box empty/unchecked to edit messages in plain text by default. No matter which option you choose, you can always change a message from plain text editing to rich text editing within the message composition window. |

Check this box to display a confirmation whenever you send a message. The confirmation will appear in the same window you used to compose the message. Leave this box empty/unchecked to skip the confirmation and return to the webmail interface after you send a message. |
