Correspondence

Learn to manage various modes of written and verbal correspondence in CIS.

Written correspondence includes letters, e-mails, text messages and messages for invoices. Verbal correspondence includes maintaining the Customer call logs and the IVR system through which all the verbal communications with the Customers are recorded.
