Quiz Lifecycle

The quiz lifecycle processes the quiz through approval. The lifecycle uses the review and approval workflows. In the approved stage of the lifecycle, the quiz is incremented to a major version and available for training.

A quiz is assigned to a next major version of the document for which it was created. The quiz remains active and assigned to that version of the document until the document is updated and a new major version of the document is submitted for training. The quiz is then made obsolete and a new quiz is created.

It is possible to revise and re-approve a quiz after the quiz is released.
