Automatic Workflow Initiation Method

If a training role has an automatic workflow initiation method, the training workflow is initiated automatically for each training record and the status is immediately updated to Active.

If a document is associated with multiple roles and at least one of the roles has an automatic workflow initiation method, the method overrides configured manual workflow initiation methods (if any) for the trainees associated with the role.
